Traction Couplings thiab Rail Tsheb
1. Lub invention muaj feem xyuam rau ib tug traction coupling raws li lub preamble ntawm daim ntawv thov 1 nyob rau hauv kom meej, muaj ib tug coupling pas nrig thiab ib tug siab phaj uas ua ke txhais lub coupling sib txawv. Qhov kev tsim kho kuj tseem cuam tshuam rau lub tsheb ciav hlau uas muaj tsawg kawg yog ob lub tsheb thauj khoom uas tau teeb tsa ntawm ib sab thiab tuaj yeem ua ke rau ib leeg lossis tau ua ke rau ib leeg, cov tsheb thauj khoom txhua tus muaj xws li kev sib txuas sib txuas txhawm rau txhawm rau txuas rau txhua tus. lwm yam.
2. Coupling clearance nyob rau hauv lub longitudinal kev taw qhia ntawm lub traction coupling, piv txwv li nyob rau hauv cov kev taw qhia ntawm kev mus los ntawm lub tsheb ciav hlau, yog tsim nyog yam tsawg kawg nkaus rau cov khoom hnyav tsheb tsheb nyob rau hauv thiaj li yuav pib heev hnyav pab pawg neeg ntawm freight tsheb los ntawm txoj kev ntawm locomotives. nrog qis zog tsav. Vim yog kev sib txuas ua ke, cov tsheb pib ua tiav, txij li ua ntej cov tsheb hauv qab no hauv cov hlua txuas txuas tau pib, cov tsheb sib txuas tsis tau tensioned los ntawm inertial rog ntawm cov tsheb hauv qab no kom txog rau thaum cov kev taw qhia ntawm longitudinal axis nyob rau hauv lub traction coupling txheeb ze mus rau cov tsheb hauv qab no Coupling clearance raug tshem tawm.
3. Qhov kev ua si nyob rau hauv cov kev taw qhia ntawm lub longitudinal axis nyob rau hauv lub traction coupling feem ntau yog tsim los ntawm kev ua si ntawm lub coupling contour, uas yog, qhov sib txawv nyob rau hauv lub cheeb tsam ntawm lub coupling ntaus ntawv, thiab qhov sib txawv ntawm lub coupling sib koom, uas yog, qhov sib txawv nyob rau hauv cov kev taw qhia ntawm longitudinal axis nyob rau hauv lub articulated ncua kev kawm ntawv ntawm lub coupling pas nrig. Cov traction couplings yog txuas rau ib leeg los ntawm kev sib txuas cov profiles.
